The units are well decorated by tablet.

It was definitely the best hotel we ever stayed in for comfort and cleanliness. The location is perfect. even though there was traffic on the street it never bothered us. There are excellent restaurants and bars across the cobbled street and excellent value for money. There was free coffee/tea/chocolate at the reception area. We did not eat in the hotel bar/restaurant. There is a lovely open sun lounge at the back of hotel and garden seats and deck chairs if the weather is sunny. It is 5 mins walk to the old town market square where there are numerous bars and restaurants. The 406 bus can be picked up across the river at the back of hotel. We did not use it but we saw it.

There was nothing we could say bad about this hotel. Would definitely stay there again. We got a very good smart deal for the week.

The only downside for ourselves was the food was very limited in the hotel. For the first few days it was difficult as I had surgery and was unable to go out for meals.

Everything, super, great, splendid, just great and one of the best hotels I have been to. This was my third time and I like it even more.

Pillows are too soft. It would be nice to have harder pillows.

convenient location, clean, facilities

One employee of the hotel totally spoiled the whole trip for me. The woman who helped me to check in was rude, unpleasant and unwelcoming. I almost felt that I should apologies for bothering her (that's how keen and helpful she was).

Lovely modern units with housekeeping available and very comfy beds, as example. Stunning and favourable location close to Times I;))

I had a lovely time, especially enjoying the strong WiFi and the delicious free coffee at the lobby. The sun terrace was perfect, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a nice touch. Just a heads up, the mirror setup in the bathroom could use some improvement, but it didn't ruin my stay 😊

The location was peaceful, within walking distance of Times I. The staff were best, the room was compact and silent with fabulous view, very comfy beds, for example.

The hotel was in an ideal location, close to tram stops. Stayed in brand-new classic queen room with a beautiful view. The staff were friendly professional, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

Room size felt a bit cramped, particularly with the bathroom enclosed in transparent glass, which didn't offer much privacy for those in shared stays. The air conditioning produced a consistent noise, which, despite being part of the design, might not suit everyone's sleeping habits. It was disappointing to find no coffee-making facilities for a quick morning brew, and the TV had limited channels, which left some downtime rather uneventful.

Good hotel in a very good location, next to the city center, surrounded by good restaurants and pubs. Comfortable bed, modern rooms.

Tight parking places in an expensive underground parking. Bathroom could have be cleaner.

The staff were efficient and competent and the design was very modern. Location: the hotel was next to Wroclaw as well as property's restaurant. A cool bonus was Mleczarnia, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

Some people working there were very rude.
